I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and had an amazing view of the lake. The breakfast was delicious with a vast range of cereals, and the indoor pool and spa area were fantastic. The staff was extremely pleasant and obliging, making my experience exceptional. The only downside was that my room wasn't ready upon arrival.

The service was top-notch with very obliging and polite staff, including the waitress at the Knotts Kitchen restaurant.
